Founded in 2005, Fandom High is an urban, multi-dimensional high school dedicated to the education of humans and non-humans alike. Located on a private island off the coast of Maryland, the school is committed to a tradition of excellence as it prepares students for the future.

The mission of Fandom High is to educate and foster the fullest intellectual and personal growth of high school students by providing them with a core of basic knowledge in a rigorous, lively and pluralistic school free from stereotypes. Fandom High enables its students to develop a positive self image and lifetime skills of leadership.

In addition to a full palette of academic opportunities, Fandom High offers students the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of school-sponsored activities, including, but not limited to: Student Newspaper, Cheerleading, Flight Club and Self-Defense Club.

Fandom High is a unique community - unique because of the pride students take in their school and the trust you'll find here. Students respect and value each other; peer friendships and role models are very important. They band together to fight injustices and zombies and are very protective of each other.

Our faculty and staff have developed close, but professional relationships with the students, giving students constant access to positive adult role models.

The location of the school provides a natural defense, making our campus one of the safest in the country. We also have an excellent security staff and a high tech security system, so parents are assured that their children will be kept from harm.
